Delivery in the UK is by Royal Mail 1st Class Post.

Shipping Costs

Delivery charges are at Royal Mail cost price.

The delivery charge is automatically calculated based on the weight of your order and is clearly shown on the checkout page.

Overseas Delivery

International delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail.

Your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours.

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Returns

We understand that buying products from photographs is tricky!

So - returns are accepted subject to the following terms:-

1. Please contact us in the first instance to arrange the return.
2. All returns must be posted back within 7 days of email contact, in the original condition with all the original packaging. Return postage costs are not refundable. (Sorry !)
3. As soon as I receive the item, I will credit your payment.
4. I'm sorry but for hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns on earrings.
